Al Abdalla began with a simple belief: chicken should taste unforgettable.
Before opening the first shop in 1999, we perfected a bold, addictive sauce that drew families from everywhere.
What started as a tiny space grew into a national favorite, reaching 25 branches in Lebanon by 2025.
The journey then expanded abroad, with locations across the UAE, Iraq, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, KSA, Greece, Germany, and France.
To protect its signature flavor, Al Abdalla built its own farm, slaughterhouse, kitchen, and production chain.
