At Boxpark we offer a range of services, from valet parking to Wi-Fi.

  • Valet parking
    Too excited to wait to hit the shops? One of our friendly valet parking attendants at M2 and M9 will park your car for you:

    Standard Valet Parking: AED 35 for 3 hours and AED10 for every additional hour
    VIP Valet Parking: AED 70 per day
  • Parking
    There is free parking at the front and back of Boxpark. Park behind Babolat, Big Smoke Burger, and after the petrol station on M11.
  • Wi-Fi
    Stay connected to the people you love – and post on Instagram – using our free Meraas Wi-Fi. No passwords needed. Just sign up, connect, go online.
  • Prayer Rooms
    At Boxpark you’ll find prayer rooms at the following locations:

    We offer a range of services for people of determination. You will find accessible toilets across the mall, and dedicated parking spaces in our parking area. If you are in need of a wheelchair, please talk to our friendly team at the Customer Information Desk

    Boxpark has washrooms for people of determination and for baby changing. You can find at the following locations:
